Every one and 2-bedroom at the Diplomat West Campus on San Gabriel has large closets for storage, included parking permit per unit, and paid gas and trash utilities. These units are also pet-friendly for critters under 25 lbs.

Live Near Campus

After moving in, explore everything at your fingertips. A night out on the town, stop in for some grub at nearby late-night eateries like the Kerbey Lane Cafe, Trudy’s Texas Star, or Halal Bros. There’s also plenty of shopping, bookstores, coffee shops, drug stores, and more to be found up and down Guadalupe Street. Commonly referred to as “The Drag” among students and locals. This centrally located street offers a quick commute by foot across West Campus, to North Campus, and every neighborhood in between.

Your off-campus apartment residence is also near to other UT Austin apartment buildings. There are also plenty of outdoor activities in the surrounding parks. Grab a frisbee and head out to Pease District Park. Or go for a run after class along with one of the trails found at Shoal Creek Greenbelt Park.
